John Owen Evans where are you?
This is a long shot, BUT does anyone out there know a John Evans who was a member of the Lea Valley Road Club through the 1980s/90's? He was living in Tring, Herts around 12 years ago and worked for the MOD. He would be mid 50's now and I'm sure that he is still a keen cyclist and may still be racing. I lost touch with him 12 years ago. We were training partners/clubmates for years and it would be great to get in touch with him again.
Fingers crossed that someone out there knows him

Thanks for that, I have posted a message on the LVRC forum. I think he may have lost contact with the club and may have joined another club nearer to where he is living now. The last time that i spoke to him, he said he was going to New Zealand for six weeks. That was 2004.
