Cycleops Joule 2.0

Hi I have a Cycleops joule 2.0 and whilst trying an update to the firmware, it froze part way through. Now I can't access it or turn it off etc. Anyone know how to reboot it or anything. The PC software keeps crashing too whilst trying to access it? Any suggestions? Cheers.
