Just received some swanky new Macro Drives, but I’m having some trouble working out where to put the rear one on my winter bike, which has a aero seatpost.

Anyone got any clues, or do I just stick it on the seatstay?

    Cheers in advance.

    Have you tried contacting
Have you tried contacting Upgrade (the UK distributor) for suggestions?

Martin was very helpful when I had an issue with a Mini Drive light.

    Yep it won’t fit there
Yep it won’t fit there because my seattube is aero profiled, and the elastics don’t stretch all the way around.

Today I had it on the seatstays, but because of the weird angle that the lights are designed to sit at, the beam was pointing almost straight up :S

    Still looking for a solution.

I don’t know what bike you
I don’t know what bike you have, but on my CAAD8 I fitted a light on the seat tube, below where the seat stays join the top tube, shining through the hole between them.
