World’s TTT Riders over the Line

How many riders need to cross the line for the time? Normal 5 or all 6?

For fantasy scoring purposes
For fantasy scoring purposes they just need to ride on the team to get points but as far as the timings go it’s counted on the FOURTH rider to cross the line.
