I live and ride in Surrey and
I live and ride in Surrey and Mr Huggins is typical of the narrow-minded self-interested nimbies who spent their whole week travelling to work in London and use the home counties as ‘their’ playground at the week end.

The petition has a few holes and trypos but it is a more measured response to the growing protectionist attitudes of some Surrey residents.
