Anybody see the BBC had a section on ‘the Myth of Road Tax’?

At least a slow news day is good for something. Next on the list should be ASLs or does anyone else have a preference for a worthy cycling related news feed.

Btw – love the Churchill quote. A t-shirt with that and a huge slogan on a cycling jersey reading “YOU PAY VEHICLE EXCISE DUTY – it’s a tax on emissions dummy” might be a winner.

Edinburgh is awful for its poor road surfaces. Potholes that could swallow bike and rider whole and thats even on some major routes.

Now it all makes sense… “road tax” is being used to create potholes in a deliberate attempt to discourage cyclists.
