Hello everyone,
This is my first post.! I am off to Cyprus on a holiday in September and I am looking to hire a bike and possibly some sort of guide for a couple of days for some riding.
If there is anyone that has been and done something similar that would be able to offer advice please.?

Been to rhodes several times on holiday and always used a company called http://www.getactiverhodes.com  Great bikes and the guys knew the island like the back of there hand. variety of riding including mountainous and coastal. no shortage of big climbs (10-15k) with gradients of up to 20%.

I took my road bike to Rhodes
I took my road bike to Rhodes last summer and can thoroughly recommend it. The roads are smooth and, depending where you are on the island, virtually traffic free.

We stayed in Pefkos. I was heading out about 6am every other day and spent my time cycling around the south of the island, and managed to find a couple of garages along the route to refill the bottles!

I tried TrekkingHellas Rhodes
I tried TrekkingHellas Rhodes this August while in Rhodes. Trustworthy and deep knowledge. They offer support vehicle to transfer your stuff so you can enjoy the ride. They offer six different bike tours, a mix of asphalt rural roads and gravel roads. Really enjoyable tours while you really meet locals. Almost private tours, maximum 8 people. They offer hiking tours as well but I did not join. I got them via http://www.trekking.gr and Google.
