Ceepo seatpost mast clamp

Does anyone know where I can get the piece of carbon which sits on the integrated seatpost of a Ceepo Viper as in the image (the saddle/seat mast clamp), which I need to replace a cracked one. I've tried contacting every website I possibly can without success and now am unable to ride until I get fixed.
