Not exactly, the bike shop guy seems like a fan, or at least recognises that LA has a place in cycling history. Doing a UCI, and wiping him from the pages of TdF history (to save their own arses), and setting him up as the villain with whom the doping problem starts and ends does no favours to the anti-doping cause! Lance has gone, it never happened, drug problem solved - move on, we're the clean era - who are you trying to kid (apart from Sky fanboys)?
