I find myself a gentleman of leisure and with the weather finally getting nice I am getting out on my best bike more often. Is there anyone near Stockport who is up for riding in the week?

If you’re around the southern side of Stockport, I’d suggest a trip to a cyclist-friendly (nay cycling-obsessed) coffee shop in Romiley:

The owners, Al and Claire, seem to know a lot of the local riders and may be able to point you in the direction of someone. They also host Saturday and Sunday morning rides from the cafe so you might find a riding buddy there too.
