If I was actively seeking a breakaway guy for stage 3 it would be Sandy Casar.
I don't expect Albasini to do anything and Clarke could be a good shout.
if you want to take a punt on someone who lost time yesterday how about Jeremy Roy? He lost 12 minutes yesterday, not sure if it was intentional or not but he could be one for a long break. Taaramae too lost a good 6 minutes so he might try something today/tomorrow.

And then tuned in this afternoon to hear that Albasini was off the front!

Ok, I will admit that I will use my saved transfers, and change Gavazzi for a promising climber called Contador.
1, 2, & 4 but that's about it. Still, not a terrible day. All change tonight and I think I may be using penalty transfers again.
Oh, and scores are updating.

I've decided not to make penalty transfers, so will be dropping Gavazzi, Impey and Ratto for 3 GC/climber types, then see who does well tomorrow and make 2 more changes for Eibar. Lots of breakaway points available for the next 3 days too...
Looks like 4th,16th,20th for me and then GC/KOM/Sprint competitions and good old Choo-Choo.....biggest positive I can take from that is 4 transfers for tomorrow unless I fluke a Lanterne Rouge or something!!
Oooh, I predicted the 1-2. Pity I bailed on Impey, so will have to make do with 2nd, 4th and a few others.
Ah, unlucky. The commentators were struggling, thought it was Matthews all the way until about 2 mins after the finish, and said Kreder was Fernandez. They basically just see the jersey and take a guess most of the time - which I guess is pretty much all they can do!
Impey wins, Gavazzi 2nd to take the overall lead. Vicioso 3rd, Ratto 4th. Egoitz Garcia 8th for some handy points for me!

Thats good - I had 1,2,4,8 plus a couple of points for Porte and Gilbert, I thought you'd pipped me with Vicioso but maybe not...
And 1, 3, 4, 7, 8, 17 in the overall. Velits and Gerrans are getting good pts.
