So another chapter to the unfolding drama around Mr Armstrong comes to an end. He has failed in his challenge to block the United States Anti-Doping Agency's case against him, claiming that they were "acting beyond its remit and accused it of offering 'corrupt inducements' to other riders to testify against him."
