I’ve got 7800 brakes and 7800 levers, and the braking just doesn’t feel very strong, even with Swiss Stop pads (which did improve matters from the standard pads).
I’ve seen people allude to 7800 brakes being a bit shit, but struggle to find much out about it.
Any thoughts?
I’ve just seen some Planet-X brakes which look ludicrously bling and now have itchy wallet syndrome.

the planet x are single pivot
the planet x are single pivot with a cam. look pretty but will make your DA brakes feel like formula 1 car brakes.. sram force/red are probably the best alrounders.

I know when 7900 came out
I know when 7900 came out they made a big deal amount braking improvements.
