i work for a US company and they use a UK accountant to sort out my salary. I was going to buy a bike through a scheme when the accountants called me and told me I can buy any bike at all. They have a standard letter form which you sign. It is in fact a complete myth you need to use these companies. In fact my LBS was going to mark up my bike by 10% if I used them.If anybody wants this form just message me. All you need is a VAT reciept and off you go.
