As for the spreadsheet there isnt much to it, just everyone's riders and then the scoers for each rider and each stage. (i use dave's online riders list etc to check teams add to value etc, and use the same points scoring, then plug the names into the spreadsheet based on what you and other participants write in the forum for there team)
