There was no combativity award for Stage 21. As Timbo13 points out, Roy did get the super-combativity award - but there are no points for that. Hope that clarifies.
Can't see that a combativity award was made for stage 21. Perhaps you're getting confused with the fact that Roy was given the Super-Combativity award to cover the whole Tour. Don't think there's any points in that though, I'm afraid (although I wish there was, I had Roy too).
Thanks Simon! The stage totals have been updated but this hasn't fed through to the overall (yet?). Every place on the table is precious balm for competitive male pride!!

Roy was adjuged the most combative by the race commissaires, so he should have 19 points. (9 coming from 2nd at the intermediate sprint).
Argh. I thought that was too easy. Dave's off, I'll go back in and add the intermediate points.
I think he's forgotten the inter sprint points because if you look at all the scorers 6 HTC riders got inter points and none have been given them
Cav also missing points for 7th in the intermediate. Something is afoot!
