Don’t forget that transfers
Don’t forget that transfers can be made right up to the day of the race too (though you might not want to leave it up until the deadline just in case).

That means you’ll have plenty of time after the official start list is published to make your selections.

None yet as HTC has not officially published yet, i wouldnt worry about it until there is still confusion at this time next week when the tour is about to start.

Also i very much doubt he will be racing tbh
