I got the email too and the first thing i saw was the unsubscribe link. it's right at the top.
I remember having to accept terms and conditions when i signed up for the free trial. didn't read them but i bet it says they can email you provided they're good and comply with the regulations to provide unsubscribe links and stuff, which they have.
Hit the unsubscribe link at the top.
If you signed up for the free two week trial of the all singing all dancing bit of Cycle Coach this is a welcome aboard email… of course if you don't neeed/want that amount of training advice you can simply opt for the free training diary version at the end of the trial period. We're guessing a lot of people will do that, but we also think it's a really bit of useful extra functionality for the site.
