Yup. Apparently average speeds are around 11 - 13 mph in inner London, about 20mph in outer London.

I went for the Allez 16 in the end, it turned up today with a chunk out of the fork. To say I'm not happy is an understatement!
Mine is red and my dad's is silver so the red is the cool version
allez, red.. everybody knows red is faster than silver.
I had a Decathlon and it was a great little bike for the money.

Don't know anything about the Decathlon but own an Allez 16 and my father bought one too. Lovely bike to ride and at that price a bargain. Check out the review on this very site and then run out buy it!
Well at a glance the specs look very similar, the main difference seems to be the decathlon's steel fork. The allez at £389 is a bargain, the decathlon looks good value too but i'd pay the extra for the carbon fork
