Advice needed on cassette derailleur compatibility

Hi, I'm planning a trip through the Pyrenees this summer, and I've been told they are a bit steeper than the Alps. I currently have an 11 speed Ultegra drive train with an 11 – 28 tooth cassette and a 52/36 tooth chain ring fitted which was fine there. What size of big cog on the cassette can I fit before a long cage derailleur would be needed? I'm thinking that an 11-30 cassette might help on the hills. I'll be carrying about 5Kg luggage.
