Reasonably aggressive. It's a race bike, not an endurance bike. I have a Venge (two actually, since I've been riding a 54 for years but moves to a 52 for crits and haven't sold the old one yet). That said, I regularly do 100-125 mile training rides on the Venge without problems. It's not as comfortable as my S5 (multiple 200-250 mile rides on that, and it's much more suitable for it than the Venge would be) but it's not an instrument of torture either.
Just remember - it's designed for speed, not comfort - so if you're not racing or training/riding at high speed, there are better options out there.
Personally, I love riding the Venge. It's a monster of a bike
