Welcome some advice. When I charge my Di2 battery after 3 hours charge I am able to get a flashing green battery but not solid green which means the battery is not fully charged. Also to add confusion the orange light on the charger goes off after some 10 seconds which would suggest the battery is fully charged ! Grateful for any advice

I’ve had this a few times and on each occasion its been the battery.
Order a new one and try it would be my advice. If it’s under 2 years old as Pilot Pete it should be considered for warranty.

Are you charging it through a USB port on a computer or through a mains wall charger? I have heard that mains chargers can cause issues. There are also threads about di2 batteries failing to charge, or hold the charge which usually means they are goosed. I think Dura Ace has a two year warranty so that may help…
