Jalco and others are basically manufactured to go on bikes at a certain level to keep costs down, they're not really retail products, have a look on SJS or SPA cycles.
Personally I'd just buy a new wheel but then I'm a bit lazy when it comes to wheels, there#s thousands to choose from that are mint/new pulled from bikes were owners have upgraded straight away
Have you emailed them. I did read a thread about the poor quality the Jalco have for nipples being stripped. Have you considered another rims manufacturer? DT Swiss, Stans, Hunt. etc
