Anyone using these as a C2W scheme, the advice we are getting from our Tax advisors and FCA is that their consumer credit license held by Green Commute Initiative does not circumnavigate the need for ourselves to also hold a full consumer credit license under these proposed arrangements and therefore the time and costs surrounding such an application  should be considered before proceeding.

 

It seems that they are promising something we can’t actually do unless we hold a Consumer credit license?

 

We are also looking at Cycle solutions, any feedback apprieciated.
