I notice today that they now charge £2.95 to return items by any other method other than using ASDA toyou service. It was previously free to use Collect+ etc.

Always liked Wiggle, never had an issue with them but even they are tightening their belts.

There was a big thread about this over on singletrack world. If you  pay by PayPal, you can return things via them for free!

Good shout, didn't know that, certainly useful for Wiggle returns & other retailers that use Paypal that charge for returns.

All well and good, but if you pay via PayPal, you are likely losing your section 75 credit card buying protection, as it's not a direct purchase:

Retail continues to die slowly, even freed of bricks and mortar.

TBH, paying for postage is fair enough. Though it might be fairer to charge it for deliveries not collections (or at leas as well as).
