'Accessory Bar' recommendations?

So I've got a Garmin, two lights and now have fitted an 'out front' mount for my iPhone.  To accomodate that, I had to move the Garmin mount (which is also 'out front') a couple of inches to the left.  This means that when the Edge is actually on the bars, I can't ride with my left hand on the top of the bars.

(why does 'out front' not actually mean 'longer than 2 cm'?)

Also, to get the two Cateye front lights out of the way, they're slung under the bars, which means than when an Apidura bag goes on there, they're going to be obscured.

I know that an accessory bar is sort of anathema where a lightweight road bike is concerned, but I need one.  Can someone recommend a very lightweight one?

Ta.

There are a few 31.8mm but I went for the undersize one to put my err umm bell on as I couldn’t find a loud ring ring oversize bar size.

Well the walkers appreciate it and actually say thanks lol.

@kil0ran
I have a couple of beautiful Nitto accessory bars, but the largest diameter I can see on that page is for "Lamp Holder 31.8" and "Lamp holder 70" which have a 23.8 mm accessory bar.

Ebay and Amazon are awash with accessory bars, but they're all 20th Century relics.
Like the one that Fish_n_Chips links to, they're all about 22.2 mm in diameter, whereas the accessories we want to clamp on to them will need lots of rubber spacers as they natively clamp onto 31.8 or 26.0 mm bar bulges. Has anybody found one that provides a 31.8 mm tube?

I went for this for something cheap and tidies your bars giving you more options.

On my CX winter bike and while the carbon is light, the alloy brackets were around 200g?
