Currently there’s the green slime and the orange goo from Halfords, but apart from that are there any better inner tube sealants out there that don’t form clumpasaurus?

Get a pair Schwalbes with the layer of puncture protection and then a green slime tube.

these dont work on road tyres

these dont work on road tyres  – the pressures are too high.

 

you need to get tyres with better puncture protection else go tubeless if your wheels are compatible
