Corretec 700x40 (Come up around 38mm on a 17C rim) only 330g, there's a few left on ebay, I bought two pair, https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Corratec-Easy-Run-700x40c-Hybrid-Commuter-Tre...
Great on tarmac, off road they're ok on firm ground at a lower pressure but would never use them on really rough stuff or muddy conditions. The Gravelkings will be very similar with not much meat in the tread. For the price it's worth giving them a go but they aren't tubeless.
I've also bought some Rivendell Jack Brown 33.3 from Planet X, on tarmac very good, not used them off road and tbh slick tyres are really not designed for off road riding.
