Sony Experia found on Grove Lane, Cheadle Hulme today heading towards Stanley Road roundabout. Looks like it came off a bike as it still has the handlebar bracket attached.

Don’t bother the police with it. They’re not a lost property service and would only care if the item was hazardous or valuable.
Take some close up photos of your naughty bits with it,
then put it back where you found it.
That could be embarrassing if the owner recognises you from the pictures.

You could try and put Sim in another phone to see if you can get the mobile number/contacts list and ring someone upon it. Or just hand it into police near to where it was found
