Google fu seems to provide mixed reviews about them. Seems they've been around for a couple of years though. You pays your money and takes your chances.
If I were you I'd order the same product via aliexpress, who protect the customer in a similar way ebay do. You might pay a couple more quid for it, but you'll be getting the same thing they'd ship with more consumer protection.
The caveat to buying offa china is that you migth be getting a knock off product or one which doens't come with the same QC checks, you might not, there's little way of knowing. One thing is for sure though if you buy from aliexpress, if it's not shipped as described ir if defective there's a process in place which leans on the buyer not the seller, and refunds come direct from aliexpress not the seller.
