I am a late but enthusiastic newbie to cycling and have a question for advice about winter bikes.
I tested the water some years ago with a cheap BTwin from Decathlon in case it would be a fad that I would get fed up of. Lots of reading and measuring since has made me realise that it wasn’t probably best sized for me (a little too big).
I have recently purchased a Canyon Endurace of the correct size!
Now winter is approaching and the wisdom seems to be I ought to have a bike set up for winter and not use the Canyon, my question is – would you use the old bike even though it doesn’t fit me as well? Will it cause me problems to ride different ‘fits’ (I have a feeling any answers will advise me to get a bike fit)?
