Folks,

I was planning to put some cx tyres on a spare set of wheels for my 2017 Specialized Diverge Sport and wondered if anyone knew what the maximum clearance was? I’ve an inkling that the official line was 33mm but not sure where I read that or how accurate it is.

I have 35mm nobblys on a Spesh Diverge A1 (I think), pleanty of clearance (except thru the mud guards) 🙁

I’m pretty sure it’s good for up to 35mm, so fitting 33mm tyres should be okay.

It will depend on the actual tyre and the rim combination though as tyres can come up narrower or wider depending on the combination.
