Looks like Jose Casas (in the comments) has recently left Bristol, while he understands that the driver car is wrong, he notes that the cyclist may actually be in the wrong place, but is unsure (hence the question marks). He also believes that cyclists must respect the road rules and that, as a driver, he’s seen himself, cyclists disrespect the road rules and he does drive a lot…
I wonder whether this capullo thinks that the cyclist deserved the action of the car.
