Classic bike: sell intact or break for parts?

In ’92, I had one of the very early Trek pre-production carbon frame and fork, custom built with Campag SR cranks and rings, Chorus 8-speed mechs, brakes and ergo shifters, Hope Ti B/B, Cinelli 130mm Ti stem and hand-built Mavic Open SUP CDs on Hope Ti hubs. Yes, it’s still lovely but I don’t ride it any more.

Should I sell it intact (if so, where?), or dismantle to sell for parts? (To my amazement, the wheels have never needed truing …)

    Thanks, Judy

If you dismantle that to sell

If you dismantle that to sell for parts I’m going to ring the police and have you arrested for vandalism.
