Jesse Norman MP
Since his idiotic letter to cycling organisations asking that they 'remind their members to follow the Highway Code' I've taken to tweeting him every cycling death conviction I see in the media with the following message;
Can you write to the AA/RAC etc and remind their members to follow the Highway Code?
