Spare parts for Cube frames?

Hi All, I recently bought a Cube Attain GTC Disc frame, however, it came without cable guides and the plate that hydraulic line goes through on the downtube. I have spoken to a bike shop who have supposedly ordered the parts from Cube, however, that was three weeks ago. Does anyone know of any other places these parts can be bought from, they are the same on the Attain, Agree and Litening disc models, or any other makes that use the same internal cable guides? Cube are extremely slow for all customer service issues which is part of why you get such good value, it was common for people to be waiting up to 3 months for warranty frame replacements
