Some price match, some add 10% onto sale items or want full RRP. I've picked my bike and have 200 spare notes but they're making it a nightmare. An additional set of tyres (winter ones) aren't considered 'safety equipment' but socks are. It shouldn't be this difficult!

Same here. Our finance department (staffed by PG Tips chimps)declared it too complicated for them to administer and dropped it just before I got a new bike. Annoyingly they are still trying to encourage people not to drive to work. Twats.
