sounds like it’ll be an attempted murder case tbh, especially now new evidence plod have uncovered  that points the finger at the occupier who deliberately bought the property some 35 years ago as part of a terrorist cell designed to ensnare the unsuspecting, aggravated circumstances what with the bike in the shed as well, bastard deserves everything he gets.

The ignorance of contributors is alarming, it is the fault of the cyclist 3 streets away who 7 weeks ago failed to lock their bike after waving at the driver.

Apparently the occupants of the car all had head injuries.  Didn’t mention whether they were wearing helmets, though.

The latest news on this

The latest news on this incident is that the house-owner is now being sued for having an unsafe wall and lack of suitable parking notices. Also, there is reasonable suspicion that the inhabitants may have been using mobile phones at the time of the incident.

I just read some more about

I just read some more about this. Apparently the police were first on the scene and have breathalysed the family in the house and have questioned them as to why they weren’t wearing helmets or hi-viz as it would have been virtually impossible for the car to have seen them.

I think the Daily Wail is reporting it as “car hit by family as they watch X-Factor and pay no attention”.
