Please explain more?
Are you looking to change out a creaky pressfit 86.5 BB?
What cranks are you currently running? What frame?
Replace with hollowtech 105, do you mean with outboard bearings?
If so, you'd need the spindle to be longer than the current 86.5 set up you have...???
My Giant has an 86.5 pressfit BB (41mm ID/24mm 105 crankset).
Replaced with a Token TF24 BB, which is still a 24mm shimano set up, but the BB is now a screw together "pressfit"

Several bb86 to Hollowtech adapters available. Not as many as PF30, but still out there.
Usual suspects... Chris King, Wheels Mfg and then a few more economical solutions. Planet X did have some Tripeak ones for buttons but that was a while ago. I have a Tripeak (PF30) adapter in my Boardman which cost me all of 8 quid and solved a year long problem.
Not even sure I can change like you can on a BB30?
