Hi, could anyone suggest a half-decent replacement rear disc hub for my GT Grade Tiagra 2015. The old one which is the original Formula hub is already out and awaiting replacement. Not looking to spend huge amounts. Just a decent reliable semi-upgrade?

I’m assuming you’ve got QR

I’m assuming you’ve got QR dropouts, since that’s what the road.cc review says. In that case, any 10-speed mountain bike hub for QRs and six-bolt rotor mounting should work with your existing frame and rear rotor.

The great thing about early disc-brake road bikes with QR skewers, like your GT Grade, is that most of them share parts with mountain bikes, and as such, rear hub spacing is the same between them (135 mm QR).

Something like this Novatec D772SB should be right up your alley.
