Boardman Air replace brakes?

On the latest Boardman Air, is it possible to replace the front or rear brakes with something better than its default TRP hidden items? I suspect a Shimano Ultegra direct mount may fit the rear (but would like confirmation), but no idea for the front. If anyone has pictures of the new fork too showing the brake and where the new internal brake wire goes, I would be grateful. Thanks.

Some even resorted to swapping fork for standard brake mount!
