I took up the offer of cut price tickets for Bike Live – Cannock, buying two. Although the price advertised and the price printed on each ticket was £12, I was actually charged £20 each.

I suspect that the billing process has not caught up with the offer. So I’m hoping for a £16 refund from somewhere, I just don’t know who to contact.
