Dear god, is that someone's avatar of them deadlifting on a cycling forum? That's more shocking than Brexit and Trump rolled up together.
Finally got some 700x35 and wow it's completely new bike. Much much better and quicker and alot easier to ride .... no longer dreading the commute now
Ditto, most likely 19 or 21mm rim width, get the tyre off and measure it with a ruler.
Don't worry about weight on skinny tyres. You'll wear them out faster and the thinner options like 23mm may feel a bit jarring at full pressure, but they won't go pop.
this is internal rim width - I doubt your 29 wheels are 30mm wide on the internal measurement
