Official results about an hour after race finish didn't show Restrepo at third in YR. Iza's score is as Minardi says. I'll fix up Hamilton/Restrepo whilst stage 4 is being run.
Restrepo was involved in the crash in final 3km but did not have his time corrected until after the initial results were published.
As a result Chris Hamilton scored 1 point for 5th place in the young riders competition.
Izagirre was last man home 10pts, 2nd in GC 9pts and 5th in Mountains 1pt = 20 total.
...or why Gorka Izagirre got 20, instead of 19?
