As I remember, at the start of last year, leagues I had set up in 2015 were deleted and I had to recreate them. This year the leagues that I manage are still showing in "my account", (with 0 members), but are not showing in the (public) leagues list when I ask to "join a league" from the my team page. Any ideas?
