finally got round to get an answer why my feet hurt on long distance rides – claw toe
currently using a pair of Bont Vaypor+ shoes (wide fitting) but a podiatrist said I have claw toe and that I can get special pads that fit under the ball of my foot to support my toes.
Anyone else got an experiences of these?
