I have to confess that I have watched the videos to see how effective the band is.
After doing the exercise without the band, the dummy, sorry subject, is given the band but you don't see the exercise repeated with the band.
Obviously the USA don't have such a thing as the Advertisng Standards Authority.
As renko commented, could explain why Brad is not doing so well this year.
Wooow! Trion-z?
Bet you don't use Speedplay pedals.. You'd end up with our hands attached to your feet!![26](https://cdn.road.cc/sites/all/modules/contrib/smiley/packs/smilies/26.gif)
I wear a Trion-Z... if that helps.
I originally thought the watch face had a counterbalance on the opposite side of the band to stop it swinging round and round. Why I did not guess it was energy balancing holograms I really don't know!!![7](https://cdn.road.cc/sites/all/modules/contrib/smiley/packs/smilies/7.gif)
If you want some snake oil then use some of the stuff mentioned in my "Dopeage" article here
I can't imagine how a printed hologram is supposed to resonate with the bodies energy fields. Maybe it just looks pretty
"Cycling snake oil" - is that what Saxo Bank use to lubricate their chains?
Ooh you cynics. What could be more sensible than optimizing the body’s natural energy flow using similar concepts to those behind many Eastern philosophies? After all the hologram in Power Balance is designed to resonate with and respond to the natural energy field of the body...
If homeopaths and scientologists created a cycling team, it would be mandatory to wear one of these, I reckon. What hilarious quackery.
oh dear.
Explains a lot![37](https://cdn.road.cc/sites/all/modules/contrib/smiley/packs/smilies/37.gif)
Ah.
Cycling snake oil.![3](https://cdn.road.cc/sites/all/modules/contrib/smiley/packs/smilies/3.gif)
Exactly. I'll stick to a watch![3](https://cdn.road.cc/sites/all/modules/contrib/smiley/packs/smilies/3.gif)
Turns out they are not a watch but a wristband:

I thought a watch in that style might have been a good idea for riding in.
