Could be looking for shimano arms to use on a powertap c1 power meter and match the rest of the groupset as far as possible.
Why do you need the older 5 arm version? The only reason I can think is that you've got some spare rings?
Because the newer 4 arm versions will work even though they're badged as 11 speed and you might be on 10 speed?
Yes I have the 5800 cranks and they work seamlessly with all my 5700 and 6700 groupsets.
Whether they're still produced or not, they're still on sale. Just google it.
Here in the states Shimano has both 10 speed 105 (5700 & 5750) cranks available but not the 10 speed Ultegra 6700. The latter sometimes can be found new/used on eBay and Craigslist. If you haven't done so already stick a want ad here on Road Classifieds, or other cycling forums, or on Craigs. HTH
