For short & medium-length

For short & medium-length rides I use Sudocrem next to the skin and a squirt of Boots Derma Care Daily Moisturising Cream (base ingredients similar to DZ Nuts chamois cream) on the chamois – a very cost-effective solution for me.

For longer rides (3 hours or more) I use Assos, because it lasts very well for hours in the saddle.

If you find a chamois cream you like, stick with it.

I’ve just replaced some lovely Chapeau stuff with Assos. Unfortunately for me the Assos stuff doesn’t like me and I end up with very itchy testicles. I have to sleep with a cold pack on my ball bag.
