Tyre failures on tubless ready rims

Has anyone else suffered repeated tire bead failures whilst using wire beaded tires, with tubes, on tubeless ready rims? I have trashed three such tires on a well known brand of wheel rim within the past six weeks having previously used kevlar beaded folding tyres without any issues to date.
